Secure communication
Electronic communication between the study team and the participant takes place securely within the service itself. All messages are stored in the system, which improves data security and traceability.
Messages in both directions
Communication is also two-way by text message (SMS): participants can reply to a text message from the study team directly on their own phone. Study nurses therefore do not need a separate phone for keeping in touch, and because all messages go through the service, errors are reduced and work is easier to share.
At the right time, anywhere in the world
Time zones are taken into account in international studies. Messages can be scheduled for a time window that suits the participant.
